Student Union Rental Fees
The Campbell Student Union charges appropriate user and equipment fees to internal, external, and external-sponsored organizations. These fees are used to help sustain the use of the building and provide necessary updates to continue to serve the campus community.

Student Groups and Campus Departments
Use of student rooms by registered student organizations and on-campus departments is available at no charge. However, appropriate user and equipment fees may apply.
External Groups
External groups are considered entities not associated with the Buffalo State community. These can be community organizations, outside businesses, professional development organizations, etc.
Campus Sponsored External Groups
Campus Sponsored external groups are organizations that have been invited to campus by an on-campus department or student organization that wish to utilize space in the building.
